Uploading false crop images or misleading farm information

Attempting to manipulate AI diagnosis results

Using automated tools to access services without permission

Reselling access to NaijaFarmers services without authorization

Using our platform to facilitate illegal agricultural trade

Posting false market information or manipulating price data

Engaging in fraudulent transactions with other users

Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

Posting spam, advertisements, or unrelated commercial content

Distributing malware or malicious code through our platform

Violating copyright or trademark rights of others

Free tier includes a monthly diagnosis allowance and core weather updates

Credits are one-time purchases used for advanced features and extra usage

Credits never expire and are applied after free limits are reached

Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to users

Accept major Nigerian banks, mobile money, and international cards

No automatic renewals - you decide when to buy credits

Failed payments do not affect existing credits or free access

Contact support for payment disputes or billing questions

Refunds considered for duplicate charges or technical issues preventing use

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
